Holiday Test Practice Clubs

The clubs below run in school holiday time for children in Year 5 only.

They are Mini-Mocks with immediate feedback, explanation and review.

Children gain more confidence in specific areas and practice working during calm exam conditions.

Children should have their stationery, vocabulary record book, and a drink and snack (no nuts)  for break-time which is taken outdoors/at the park.

 All Holiday Clubs are at The Literacy Club, 451 Brook Lane, B13 0BT, unless stated otherwise. 

These sessions are 2 hours and 50 minutes long . 

In the Grammar Prep Holiday clubs, we cover timed GL English and VR practice with instant feedback.

Independent Prep Clubs focus on longer comprehension and writing skills. 

Full tabled assessment feedback is given by email. An email has been sent to parents with the booking link. We welcome external pupils to Holiday Clubs where there are spaces; please contact me to register. 

The given tutor's name is provisional and can change depending on availability.

February Grammar Preparation Holiday Clubs

Each club number is a different syllabus. All 1s are the same, all 2s are the same and so on. These clubs have a different syllabus from the Christmas, Easter and May half-term clubs.

Each club has different sessions (A, B, C etc) to choose from to ensure that clubs stay small and children receive individual attention

3A - Saturday 14th Feb - 1:50pm - 4:40pm with Ahsan (FULL)

3C - Tuesday 17th Feb - 1.50pm - 4.40pm with Ahsan (FULL)

3D - Wednesday 18th Feb - 1:50pm - 4:40pm with Rebecca (FULL)

3E - Sunday 22 Feb - 10.30am - 1.20pm with Rebecca at WALKER MEMORIAL HALL, EDGBASTON (FULL)

4A - Monday 16th Feb - 1:50pm - 4:40pm with Ahsan (FULL)

4B - Tuesday 17th Feb - 10:40am - 1:30pm with Ahsan (FULL)

February Independent Preparation Holiday Clubs

This club is focused on wider English exam prep for KES/KEHS exam formats. Each named set has a completely different syllabus.
